At Noorify, we want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within before the order has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

To cancel your order, please contact us with your Order ID and registered email/phone number.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Unboxing video of your package received

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • Replacement or Refund

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery
  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the
    customer
  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability
